Trinity Lutheran Church is currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Church Administrator (Part Time)

Hours: 21-26 hrs/week, not to exceed 1300 hrs annually (50wk/year)

Compensation: $18-24/hr, experience-based

Reports To: Pastor / Church Executive Board

Location: Office hours on-site at the church office ~4 days/wk; some responsibilities can be carried out remotely or at the church outside of office hours

Position Summary

The Church Administrator supports the day-to-day administrative, communication, membership, and procurement needs of the church. This part-time role serves as a primary point of contact for members, visitors, and the community, helping ensure smooth office operations while supporting the mission and ministries of the church.
